The Product Manager will lead an eCommerce platform and associated websites, ensuring they deliver exceptional user experience, and support the long-term strategy. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, content, data, and marketing.
You will define the roadmap, manage the product lifecycle, and champion customer needs while aligning with business objectives. As the product leader of the platform and websites, you’ll balance innovation with stability, ensuring the product is scalable, engaging, and future-ready.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING TASKS:
- Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the eCommerce platform and websites
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
- Convert strategy into clear product increments, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize the product backlog, balancing quick wins with long-term investments
- Partner with the product development suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Partner with marketing to ensure features are positioned and launched successfully
- Ensure websites meet compliance, data privacy, and security standards
- Act as a liaison between business, technology, and creative teams
- Data-driven decision making with A/B testing, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC evaluation
- Use structured approaches (OKRs, prioritization frameworks, experimentation etc)
- Collect feedback and foster alignment among internal stakeholders and external partners
- Lead customer interviews, beta programs and usability testing
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, and results effectively at all levels
- Define success metrics (KPIs) for platform and website performance
- Develop training materials and provide customer training on the final product
- Coordinate the release of new product increments
- Track product performance and usage metrics to fuel continuous improvement and guide future feature development
- 3+ years in product management (ideally within eCommerce/web) and professional English level are required
- Proven success managing large-scale websites, CMS platforms, or eCommerce ecosystems
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, web technologies, and agile methodologies
- Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely)
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills across tech and business
- Strategic yet hands-on leader, collaborative and action-oriented with a focus on results
- Customer-centric thinker who advocates for user needs
