We’re rebuilding our mobile experience from the ground up and adding Bitcoin support as the first step. We need a Senior Product Designer to lead how people experience our wallet — from first onboarding to confidently managing their assets every day.

You’ll act as both Product Designer and Product Manager, driving how the wallet looks, works, and evolves. Early on, you’ll focus on the redesign: defining requirements, writing documentation, organizing tickets, and ensuring every design is ready for implementation.

As we grow, you’ll help shape the product strategy and roadmap, defining what we build next and why. It’s a hands-on role for someone who thrives on both design craft and product thinking, owning the experience end to end.

What you’ll do

• Redesign our mobile app from the ground up, mapping user flows, defining requirements, and creating polished UI/UX that make users understand and feel secure — from transparent fees and clear confirmations to human-readable addresses and friendly error states.
• Act as both Designer and Product Manager: scope new features, write specs, organize tickets, and ensure the entire flow from product logic to design delivery is clear and actionable.
• Ship mobile excellence: deliver fast, mobile-first interactions with motion that explains; design for accessibility and inclusivity by default.
• Own core user journeys end-to-end: onboarding, recovery, send/receive, exchange, and portfolio management — making every interaction simple, secure, and human.
• Drive the product loop: define problems, prototype and test, ship with clarity, then measure and iterate.
• Collaborate with Engineering: align on scope, review builds, and maintain quality and speed.
• Evolve our design system across iOS and Android for consistency and scalability.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap — helping decide what we build next and why.
• Collaborate with Marketing: support marketing and brand moments — from visuals for social posts to community swag.

You have

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with a mobile-first portfolio that demonstrates excellence in UX, UI, and interaction design - from concept to polished execution.
• A proven ability to simplify complex systems and flows, ideally within fintech, payments, or crypto.
• Strong product thinking - you understand how design decisions shape user behavior, product outcomes, and business impact.
• Deep proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with a command of visual hierarchy, motion, and system design.
• Excellent UX writing instincts, accessibility knowledge, and a sensitivity to detail that builds trust through clarity.
• Strong communication skills - you express ideas with precision, listen actively, and collaborate confidently across disciplines.
• A bias for clarity, craft, and momentum — you move fast, make decisions grounded in user insight, and iterate with purpose.

Nice to have

• Proven wins simplifying complex fintech/web3 or payments flows.
• Experience in blockchain wallets, key management, or recovery UX.
• You've designed and built great tools with small teams in the past.
