We are recruiting behalf of a client who is building a modular, feedback-first PoS and loyalty platform designed to make hospitality smarter, more human, and delightfully connected.

Born from the restaurant floor and scaled into a SaaS ecosystem, this application connects guests, kitchens, and managers through real-time insights, verified dish-level feedback, and a blockchain-based loyalty system.

Their mission is to help every restaurant deliver hospitality that feels personal and to do that,they need reliable, scalable infrastructure and smooth CI/CD pipelines that empower our developers to move fast and safely.

Were looking for a DevOps Engineer who loves automation, clean pipelines, and a good challenge. You'll work closely with our developers to keep our infrastructure secure, efficient, and scalable ensuring our deployments and monitoring systems stay one step ahead of the products growth.

What You'll Do:

• Design, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for our production and staging environments
• Manage and improve our GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)
• Ensure security best practices across servers, pipelines, and code environments
• Support and collaborate with developers to improve automation and release workflows
• Manage and tune Linux-based systems for performance and reliability

What Were Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Kubernetes
• Linux system administration
• GitLab CI/CD
• Monitoring & alerting tools
• Security and hardening practices
• Familiarity with Docker, shell scripting, and automation tools
• Solid understanding of networking, DNS, SSL, and load balancing
• Good command of English our team is international
• Located in or near Brașov, Romania, or willing to relocate for a hybrid setup
