With a strong foundation in tech and policy alignment, their solutions help bridge the gap between government initiatives and real-world environmental action. We are looking for a QA Engineer to join their growing and scalable team in The Netherlands.
About the Role
As a SW Tester, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and stability of the platform; leveraging your experience in test automation and quality assurance practices, you will contribute to the ongoing evolution of a mature system into a more scalable and service-oriented architecture.
Working closely within a multidisciplinary Scrum team, you’ll help develop and implement test strategies that support both backend and frontend development. Your collaboration with domain experts and developers will help build secure, eficient, and high-performing systems that support real-time data exchange and enable sustainable land use.
This role offers the opportunity to directly contribute to the future of nature-inclusive agriculture in the Netherlands by supporting digital tools that make ecological restoration both measurable and manageable.
What you will do:
• Take ownership of setting up and continuously improving automated testing processes to support platform stability and scalability.
• Test new features and ensure end-to-end quality within our web-based application supporting nature-inclusive agriculture and landsca-
pe management.
• Design clear, effective test scenarios and actively contribute to the de nition of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and domain experts in a multidisciplinary Scrum team to uphold quality standards
and deliver reliable, high-impact solutions.
• Help monitor, troubleshoot, and improve software quality throughout the development cycle.
About you:
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking (HBO/WO).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a QA, software testing, or similar quality assurance role.
• Strong skills in writing and executing test scenarios, regression tests, and maintaining structured documentation.
• Practical experience with Selenium or a comparable end-to-end testing framework.
• Fluent ot native in Dutch language.
Nice to Have
• Experience with test automation tools such as PyTest.
• Exposure to Python/Django environments.
