YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for local and abroad administration positions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Attract the best candidates regarding job profiles via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Organize and conduct in-depth interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a comprehensive assessment process
- Manage the employer brand throughout the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that candidates have a positive experience and a clear understanding of our values and culture
- Provide support in various human resource processes, including learning and development, company events, etc., to enhance overall organizational effectiveness
WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and onboarding best practices
- Professional Latvian and English language knowledge*
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Demonstrated ability to conduct headhunting activities, identifying and attracting top-tier candidates for specialized positions using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Experience with candidate assessment methods will be considered an advantage
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, fostering a collaborative recruitment environment
- Highly organized and proactive personality with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
