You’ll build our measurement apps, developed on Kotlin Multiplatform, and contribute to the backend systems that power them. You will work with the latest technologies, contribute to innovations no other company has built, and enjoy the pace and excitement of an ambitious deep-tech company.

About you

Responsibilities

• Develop mobile applications using Kotlin, Multiplatform, Coroutines, LiveData, Compose MVVM and ViewModels.
• Develop and optimize backend services using Spring Boot and Hibernate, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and reusable code.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features across the full stack, from technical design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Work independently and take ownership of features, from design through deployment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams (eg. UX/ UI design team).
• Work in a team that embraces Scrum principles and delivers with discipline and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance performance, scalability, and usability.

Qualifications

Skills and experience

• Proven expertise in Kotlin and Java, building and optimizing backend systems and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of full-stack architecture, clean code principles, and scalable application design.
• Experience with SQL, database architecture, and deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred; Azure also acceptable).
• Solid understanding of transactions, clustering, and backend performance optimization.
• Familiarity with API design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, accountability, and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, independence and teamwork.
• Bonus: experience with iOS development, Kafka, Terraform, Elasticsearch, or other cloud/search/ analytics tools.
