This Position reports to:
IS Manager
Are you ready to shape the future of global connectivity for a leading robotics business? Join us in a pivotal role where your expertise will drive secure, scalable, and high-performing network infrastructure across more than 150 sites in 50 countries. As part of our Global Infrastructure team, you will be instrumental in supporting digital transformation, cloud adoption, and seamless collaboration for over 7,500 employees worldwide.
Your responsibilities
- Design and maintain global WAN/LAN architecture, including SD-WAN, ZeroTrust, and VPN solutions
- Ensure high availability and performance of network services across all sites
- Collaborate with InfoSec to implement network security policies and support secure remote access
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of network incidents, coordinating with local IT teams and vendors
- Manage relationships with telecom providers, hardware vendors, and MSPs, acting as the escalation point for network-related issues
The position is global. The preferred locations are Polen, India, Spain, Italy, Sweden and China.
Your background:
- 7–10 years of experience in enterprise networking, ideally in global or multi-site environments
- Proficiency in Cisco, ZScaler, and Azure platforms
- Strong understanding of SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, and cloud connectivity
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG
- Familiarity with network automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible) is a plus
