What you’ll own

* Architect the platform end‑to‑end: backend, AI/ML, blockchain integration

* Ship pilot features, security plan, analytics, and reliability targets

* Define the long‑term tech roadmap and build a lean engineering team

* Collaborate on product, pilots, and GTM

Ideal profile

* 7+ years full‑stack, strong in Node or Python, cloud infra, and data

* Applied ML experience and hands‑on blockchain familiarity

* Product‑minded, can move fast with lean resources

* Comfortable part‑time now, path to full‑time within 3–6 months

Compensation

* Equity: 2–6% based on scope and experience

Milestone path up to 10% for a true co‑founder committing full‑time and hitting key milestones.

* Modest stipend now, market salary post‑funding
