The Android Developer role centers around enhancing an AI-powered app aimed at improving healthcare interactions, fostering rapid development within a dynamic team committed to meaningful innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Lightning speed delivery: Responsible for mobile applications implementation, designing and developing practical applications while avoiding over-engineering ;)
- Security-minded: Implement secure solutions from day one, apply best coding practices in security, and conduct regular vulnerability assessments.
- Product Collaboration: Understand business needs, translate them into robust technical solutions, and ensure a flexible architecture for potential pivots.
- Experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role.
- Expertise in Android development, specifically in Kotlin.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and system design principles.
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with mobile-specific technologies: Firebase, Mixpanel, Adjust, customer.io.
- Experience with AI-native workflows.
- Knowledge of the Dutch healthcare system or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with the broader tech stack including Langfuse, Azure OpenAI, FastAPI, Postgres, Terraform.
- Growth mindset and experience with growth loops in mobile apps.
