Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate IT environment
- Knowledge of ISO27001 and KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law)
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN technologies
- Experience with Acronis for image creation and deployment
- Strong willingness to learn and improve professionally
- Advance level of English is required
Job Description
- Managing IT inventory and assets
- Setting up network connections for computers, printers, and other devices
- Administering users, groups, and computers in Active Directory
- Installing and configuring Windows computers and iOS smartphones
- Handling help desk requests via ServiceNow
- Troubleshooting issues with computers, printers, and other hardware
- Resolving problems related to Office 365 and other software applications
- Providing support for production systems such as handheld terminals and label printers
- Ensuring compliance with ISO27001 Information Security standards and Honda corporate policies
