DevOps Engineer

For an exciting new venture within the dynamic online payment sector, we are actively recruiting a DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. This role focuses on building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and enabling efficient development and deployment practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of applications and services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Manage source control and collaboration workflows using Git and GitHub.
• Deploy and operate applications on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor infrastructure and applications using Prometheus and Grafana, ensuring system health and performance.
• Automate operational tasks and infrastructure provisioning using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and
• retrospectives.
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability across all DevOps processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with mentioned technologies.
• Proven experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong proficiency with Git and GitHub.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
