What is this job all about?

As a Data Scientist, you’ll be at the heart of data-driven decision-making for our games. You’ll analyze massive datasets, design experiments, and craft models that keep players engaged and coming back for more. Your insights will drive innovation, shape gameplay, and make a measurable difference to millions of players worldwide.

What will you be doing?

  • Identifying opportunities to apply data science and machine learning to improve game performance, monetization, and player retention.
  • Collaborate with development and production teams, analyzing game aspects like performance, retention, churn rate, and more.
  • Writing complex SQL queries and transforming raw data into actionable insights.
  • Setting KPIs and initiating hypotheses for A/B tests that aim at the optimization of income during the whole life cycle of players’ life.
  • Proactively share insights with the game team, suggest process improvements, and shape analytics practices.
  • Creating and maintaining clear, interactive dashboards and decision-support tools.
  • Developing robust data pipelines and feature engineering processes in collaboration with data engineering teams.


What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, data analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • High level of initiative and result orientation, ability to work independently, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn complex data into simple and impactful insights.
  • Strong coding skills in Python (experience with relevant libraries such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn).
  • Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
  • Solid hands-on experience in machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and statistical methods.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2).


Amaze us with:

  • Experience in the gaming or mobile app industry.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation design.
  • Interest in game design and understanding player psychology.
