You’ll work closely with our engineering, product, and business teams to solve complex challenges and create impactful data-driven solutions that make real-world delivery faster and more efficient.

What You’ll Do

• Collect, process, and unify data from multiple sources.
• Perform exploratory analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and outliers.
• Deliver insights and recommendations through dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy and monitor models in production.
• Continuously track model performance and refine approaches for better results.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and working with large-scale datasets.
• Communicates effectively (written and verbal) in English
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills — able to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
