People & Culture Specialist

We’re looking for a People & Culture Specialist to help us scale our growing team across tech and business functions. In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, support core HR operations, and build seamless people processes that drive company growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
• Experience hiring for both technical (Product, Engineering) and business (Sales, Account Management) roles
• Ability to build and implement scalable HR systems across the employee lifecycle
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats across recruitment, onboarding, policy, culture, and more
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote-first setup
  
  

In This Role, You Will

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing to onboarding) for key roles across the company
• Set up and maintain core HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and compliance
• Create and implement people-related systems and policies that scale with the company
• Support performance management, culture & engagement initiatives, and employer branding
• Collaborate with leadership on compensation and benefits planning
• Help build a strong remote-first culture through proactive people practices
• Own and shape the recruitment and people operations strategy not just in Turkey, but across all regions we’re expanding into including APAC, MENA, and Europe.
