We’re live in production and already onboarding some of the world’s largest eCommerce logistics clients.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Co‑architect & ship customer‑facing features across web and mobile using Vue/React on the front end and Python (or your preferred modern backend) on the server side.
• Scale the platform to handle rapid onboarding of new shippers, carriers, and rising transaction volumes across the GCC.
• Instrument AI everywhere. Use LLM agents and tools (Cursor, Taskmaster‑AI, Graph RAG, Claude Code etc.) to automate testing, code reviews, data cleaning, routing decisions, whatever speeds us up.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with our CTO (multiple carveouts and 0 to 1 journey, M&A background) to refine architecture, pick new tech, and keep technical debt near zero.
• Set engineering culture & best practices trunk‑based dev, infra‑as‑code, blameless post‑mortems, very less scheduled meeting chores and our definition of done is code is in staging.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with ops and commercial teams; ship fast, measure, iterate.

🧑‍💻 You Might Be a Fit If You…

• 4–8 years building full-stack web apps (startup or scale-up)
• Strong TypeScript and at least one backend language (Python, Go, Rust, etc.)
• An eye for product & UX; you care about copy and micro-interactions
• Proven record of shipping quickly with high code quality as a founding engineer.
• Comfort using or eagerness to exploit AI tools daily
