The Role

We are seeking a driven and polished Business Associate who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and consulting. This role requires a mix of analytical curiosity, executive presence, and the ability to turn insights into impact. You’ll work with data, leverage AI tools to accelerate results, and play a key role in shaping recommendations for senior stakeholders. Candidates with experience in Human Capital and/or Organizational Change Management (OCM) will have an advantage, as much of our work centers around people, transformation, project & program management, and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver impactful presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, MS Office) that influence senior leaders and clients and communicate complex ideas clearly through structured storytelling, data visualization, and executive-ready presentations.
• Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships balancing competing priorities in highly matrixed environments.
• Apply data governance and management principles to structure, analyze, and validate information for accuracy and reliability and collect, interpret, and visualize data to uncover trends, measure outcomes, and support transformation strategies.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Co-Pilot, GenAI applications) to streamline analysis, create insights faster, and enhance deliverables.
• Contribute to projects across human capital, change management, and organizational strategy, with opportunities to grow into client-facing project management and lead roles.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in management consulting or an equivalent analytical/strategic role preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Professional and confident, with a proactive mindset and eagerness to grow in management consulting.
• Solid understanding and experience in data management, governance, and visualization; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with AI-enabled tools (e.g., Co-Pilot, GenAI).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Analytics, Economics, or a related field required; MBA strongly preferred.
