We’re scaling fast across both self-serve and enterprise and looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead the next generation of our design and user experience.

Your Mission

This isn’t just another design role; it’s an opportunity to define the visual and experiential foundation of an AI-first meeting platform trusted by global enterprises. You’ll lead the end-to-end design vision across products, driving simplicity, delight, and measurable impact for users everywhere.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, and be hands-on, to bring the experiences to life and ensure every interaction feels intelligent, intuitive, and human.

What You’ll Do

• Drive product evolution through the full creative lifecycle: discovery → ideation → prototyping → release → iteration
• Leverage AI and intelligent agents across all aspects of the design process, from research to iteration
• Own and evolve the holistic user experience across products
• Lead and evolve our Design System to enable faster AI-driven development
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to translate strategy into exceptional user experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
• Use prototypes and data to inform and align stakeholders on design direction
• Monitor industry trends and bring insights that elevate our design and user experience

Your Background

You’re passionate about design that drives impact, and you’ve proven you can create beautiful, functional experiences that solve real problems.

• 5–10 years of experience designing and shipping successful digital products, ideally SaaS or enterprise software
• Have built or used AI tools or workflows, professionally or personally, to solve design or user challenges
• Deep experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, and prototyping (Figma expert)
• A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design systems
• Familiar with front-end development
• Ability to balance hands-on design work with strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Engineering, or related field

• Have shipped code and can be hands-on with front-end development
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integrations and the Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven experiences
• Strong visual design and storytelling abilities
• Global experience working with diverse teams and cultures
