UI/UX designer

Job Purpose:

The UI/UX Designer & Integration Developer is responsible for designing and developing intuitive, responsive user interfaces for enterprise systems that seamlessly integrate with back-end modules, AI analytics platforms, and external applications. This role bridges user-experience design, front-end development, and system integration, ensuring high usability, performance, and maintainability within a secure enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement modern, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces aligned with enterprise application standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and backend developers to ensure seamless UI integration with APIs, databases, and AI analytics platforms.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Ensure consistency in UI design across multiple enterprise systems and modules.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Integrate front-end systems with enterprise back-end services (e.g., Oracle EBS, ERP, or custom APIs).
• Implement security and data protection measures in user-facing applications.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Support continuous improvement by staying updated with emerging UI/UX and integration technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development within enterprise systems.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with API integration, RESTful services, and back-end communication protocols.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration (Oracle EBS, SAP, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, agile environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to AI-driven or data visualization applications.
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD integration for front-end deployments.
• Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO, etc.).
