About The Job

We are seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to join our robotics team and play a critical role in bringing cutting-edge robotic systems from concept to deployment. The Integration Engineer will be responsible for seamlessly integrating hardware, software, and control systems to create fully functional robotic solutions that meet customer requirements and performance specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration strategies for robotic systems including manipulators, sensors, and control systems
  • Develop test plans, conduct system validation, and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Provide technical documentation, customer support, training, and field installation services
  • Drive continuous improvement of integration processes and contribute to reusable frameworks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering
  • 3+ years robotics system integration experience with industrial automation deployment
  • Proficiency in Python, ROS/ROS2, and robotic simulation software
  • Experience with industrial protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus), PLCs, and CAD software
  • Knowledge of safety standards (ISO 10218, ANSI/RIA R15.06), electrical systems, and motor control
  • Understanding of embedded systems, real-time control, and sensor integration
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
  • Hands-on fabrication experience with machine tools (CNC mills/lathes, welding, sheet metal work)
  • Strong mechanical design skills with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar)

What Will Differentiate You

  • Master's degree in relevant engineering discipline
  • Experience with major robot manufacturers (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Universal Robots)
  • Knowledge of machine vision, CNC, or specific industry verticals
  • Professional certifications in robotics/automation
  • A proactive, self-starting mentality with excellent problem-solving skills and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Fabrication experience
