Position: Project Coordinator

Department: PMO

Reporting to: CEO

Location: Meydan


Salary: Up to AED 8,000 - 9,000 per month


We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our senior leadership team while managing cross-functional projects. The role primarily focuses on project coordination, planning and stakeholder management, combined with executive support responsibilities — perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Project Coordination & Delivery (Primary Focus)

  • Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of organizational and cross-functional projects.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership reviews.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively escalate or recommend solutions.
  • Support project budgeting, procurement coordination, and vendor management activities.
  • Ensure documentation, approvals, and project files are maintained in alignment with PMO standards.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and analytical summaries for management and project steering committees.
  • Support data gathering and performance tracking for ongoing initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, workshops, and review sessions related to project planning or performance.
  • Drive follow-ups on key action items and ensure closure within defined timelines.

Executive Assistance (Secondary Focus)

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel logistics, and meeting coordination in alignment with project schedules.
  • Draft correspondence, briefing notes, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO’s office and department heads to ensure priorities are executed efficiently.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in project coordination, PMO operations, or executive support.
  • PMP or CAPM certification (preferred but not mandatory).
