What you’ll be doing

You’ll own our market data and reporting, connecting insights from Property Monitor and our internal systems to show what’s really happening in the Dubai real estate market. Your dashboards will shape key business decisions, forecast performance, and help our teams understand where the market’s heading — not just where it’s been.

Here’s a snapshot of what your day might include:

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards that make complex data simple and visual.
• Blending external and internal data sources to produce clear, accurate insights.
• Spotting trends, risks, and opportunities in the Dubai property market.
• Partnering with sales and marketing to produce reports that tell the story behind the numbers.
• Checking, verifying, and sense-checking data — because accuracy matters.
• Bringing insights to life in plain language so every department can take action.

Who you are

You’re analytical, detail-obsessed, and business-savvy. You know your way around Power BI and Excel, but more importantly, you know how to use data to drive decisions. You’ll be the person people go to when they want the truth behind the numbers.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• 5+ years’ experience in analytics, data visualisation, or performance reporting.
• Strong Power BI skills — DAX, data modelling, and dashboard design.
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• A knack for storytelling with data and communicating insights clearly.
• Great attention to detail and the confidence to flag when something doesn’t add up.
• Familiarity with real estate data or Property Monitor (nice to have).
