- Ensure each project deliverable aligns with client needs, adheres to technical constraints, and delivers business results.
- Work closely with UX Research and Product Marketing teams to coordinate and implement user research initiatives, ensuring that insights from user feedback inform product decisions.
- Transform abstract ideas into tangible, valuable user experiences to foster alignment among stakeholders and provide clear direction.
- Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketing, commercial teams, and fellow product designers, fostering clear communication throughout all project stages.
- Present design work to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale and value behind design decisions.
- Provide detailed design artifacts (user flows, mockups, prototypes) and support to engineers in order to guide feature implementation, ensure UX consistency, and adherence to Criteo’s design vision and standards.
- Contribute to product and design roadmap planning, ensuring that priorities are well-defined and closely aligned with the overarching business objectives.
- Stay informed about developments in the digital advertising industry and emerging design trends to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field.
- 2+ years of professional UX design experience.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Capable of crafting and delivering designs for a comprehensive product with complex workflows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases.
- Possesses exceptional communication, listening, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
