We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (3–5 years) who is ready to take on technical leadership responsibilities. In this role, you will not only contribute to building scalable, high-performance applications but also lead projects from concept to deployment, mentor junior developers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions in the mental health space.

• Work across the full stack (front-end, back-end, infrastructure) to build scalable, distributed solutions that enhance user experience and business growth.
• Take ownership of projects: from planning and architecture through execution, testing, and deployment.
• Lead and mentor other developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and architecture.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and clinical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure system performance, security, scalability, and reliability across applications.
• Champion clean code, maintainability, and continuous integration/deployment practices.
• Contribute to agile processes including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and bring new ideas to the team.

• 3–5 years of professional full stack development experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in PHP 8, Laravel 8/9, MySQL 8, Linux, and GitHub.
• Front-end expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery; familiarity with React is a plus.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms preferred.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and deliver on deadlines.
• Strong organizational, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
