Job Title: Producer / Program Manager Tech 2

Location: Fully Remote Domestic US Sourcing, candidates must work standard PST business hours.

Typical Day in the Role

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to manage and develop marketplace features for a large gaming studio.

• Key projects: This role will contribute to driving and delivering marketplace-related features, working with and creating schedules for developers and engineering teams to drive feature production. The role will author specs and documentation on these features, and there is a chance the role will be on call to resolve incidents with marketplace features.

Candidate Requirements

• Years of Experience Required: 5+ overall years of experience in the field.

• Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role.

• Disqualifiers: Candidates with no project/program/producer management experience will not be eligible for the role.

• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience in the gaming industry, or a passion for games and an understanding of how games positively affect and influence people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

· Drive definition and alignment of technology initiatives and projects with key stakeholders and teams. Author functional specs and documentation.

· Create schedules and milestones for technology initiatives and projects; Ensure teams understand goals and manage delivery through all phases of development.

· Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to ensure timely delivery.

· Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks turn into fires.

Required Qualifications:

· 7+ years of experience as a program manager, producer or related experience. Proven track record of successfully managing technical initiatives.

· Technical acumen and expertise. An understanding of designing, building, delivering, and maintaining applications and services for high availability, resiliency, and performance in a dynamic environment.

· Demonstrated ability to translate consumer and business goals into end-to-end feature plans (scenarios, functional specs, schedules).

· Proven ability to plan, create, and maintain a highly effective production schedule for multiple disciplines in all phases of development, from concept to completion.

· You must embrace ambiguity and act.

· Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be a master at conflict resolution. Be comfortable presenting and demonstrating products for large and small audiences.

· Self-motivated, flexible, and results-driven.
