We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager/Agile Coach to help drive the adoption, implementation, and continuous improvement of Agile frameworks across our teams. In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional groups, leaders, and executives in rethinking how products are built, tested, and delivered — with a focus on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, XP), adapting methods to fit our maturity and business needs.
- Support Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering teams to become more self-organizing and outcome-driven.
- Partner with leadership to define a strong Agile vision and remove organizational blockers that slow teams down.
- Build a culture of feedback, experimentation, and data-driven improvement.
- Design and deliver Agile training sessions and workshops to help teams evolve their mindset and delivery approach.
- Evaluate agility and team performance using key metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and celebrating progress.
- Help scale Agile practices beyond individual teams into programs and portfolios.
- Drive standardization and best practices for Jira usage across the organization — ensuring consistency, transparency, and better reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience working in Agile environments — ideally as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, or Agile Coach.
- Proven experience coaching multiple Agile teams in large or complex environments.
- Experience leading Agile adoption in technology-driven organizations.
- Must have a subject matter expertise in JIRA.
- Agile coaching certifications e.g., Certified Agile Coach, ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach).
