Product Delivery and Agile Coach (e-Commerce)
Location: Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid)

Description:
We are seeking candidates who can meet the following criteria:
Role Highlights:
- Drive Agile transformation and coach product, technology, operations, and support leaders and teams.
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of a complex eCommerce program.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Define and track KPIs/OKRs for Agile Release Trains and Agile maturity.
- Build and lead a team of Scrum Masters, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Agile software delivery or program management, with at least 5 years as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Coach, or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Agile transformations, ideally in eCommerce or large-scale digital programs.
- Deep expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles; certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMI-ACP, or ICAgile Certified Expert (ICE) are highly desirable.
- Experience overseeing multiple Agile teams and coordinating Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams and drive organizational change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels.
Location:
This role is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement – in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and remote on Monday and Friday.
