Job Summary
The Office Admin will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and effective coordination across all departments. You will work closely with HR and the Managing Director to support office activities and initiatives, while also liaising with other departments to facilitate operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fluent in Arabic and English, able to multitask efficiently, and able to maintain a friendly and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administration and maintain an organized workspace.
- Coordinate with suppliers, obtain quotations, and handle procurement needs.
- Assist with ticket reservations, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
- Plan and support office activities and events in coordination with HR and the Managing Director.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and workflow.
- Coordinate with the PRO on all employee-related matters and government documentation.
- Maintain office records, files, and supplies efficiently.
- Communicate effectively and follow up on all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office management tools.
- Previous experience in office administration is preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
