We are looking to hire Mobile QA / SDET for our US client’s project to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Create, organize, and maintain detailed test cases in Case.io for both new and existing product features, ensuring thorough coverage and traceability to requirements.
• Test cross-platform mobile applications (IOS, Android) and web, including cross-browser compatibility to ensure consistent behavior and appearance
• Report, track, and manage defects
• Plan, maintain, and execute manual and automated regression test suites for mobile and web applications to ensure that new features, bug fixes, and infrastructure changes do not introduce unexpected issues.
• Perform mobile and web localization testing, validating translations, regional formats, and UI layouts across all supported languages and locales.
• Gather and analyze quality state metrics to provide actionable insights to engineering and product leadership.
• Develop and execute automated tests for mobile applications and web.
• Proactively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure high-quality product releases.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the quality assurance area.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in test automation.
• Experience with test management systems such as TestRail, Qase.io, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Maestro or a strong desire and ability to ramp up quickly.
• Hands-on experience testing cross-platform React native mobile apps on both iOS and Android (real devices and emulators/simulators, including profiling).
• Ability to validate multi-language support and regional settings on both mobile and web, ensuring correct translations, formatting, and layout across all supported locales.
• Competence in user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborating with stakeholders to validate features.
• Experience in generating quality reports and KPI dashboards.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• A BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering is a huge plus
• Proficiency with at least one native mobile automation framework (e.g., XCUITest for iOS, Espresso for Android, Appium, or Detox).
• Familiarity with Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
• Experience using an AI-driven approach to design and generate automated

development flows with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, or demonstrate a desire to learn how to integrate this approach into team workflows.
