Who we are looking for
- 2–4 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and visual design excellence
- Proven experience designing for SaaS applications and applying AI tools in the design process
- Hands-on experience designing for AI-driven features or products
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar modern design tools
- Understanding of user research methods, rapid prototyping, and usability testing
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering)
- Proactive, open to experimentation, and eager to explore new design approaches and technologies
- Experience with prompt design, conversational flows, or knowledge of AI ethics and UX
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
- Design intuitive, engaging user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile products
- Participate in research, usability testing, and continuous iteration to enhance user experience
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready visual designs
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other designers to deliver user-centered solutions
- Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and project team members
