We are looking for a Lead Unity Developer to drive the creation of exceptional mobile and WebGL experiences while mentoring teams and steering interactive development in both gaming and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Guide and oversee the design and development of game mechanics based on design documents and technical specifications
• Review and ensure the optimization of UI components and efficient insertion of game assets
• Lead the integration and configuration of SDKs such as analytics and advertising tools across multiple projects
• Define and enforce scalable and robust architectures with a design pattern approach, including MVC
• Oversee the scalability and sustainability of technical solutions for long-term project maintenance
• Optimize game logic using advanced sorting algorithms when applicable
• Supervise the implementation and enhancement of shaders, including custom shaders
• Promote and incorporate UnityDI technologies effectively into team workflows
• Ensure successful integration and utilization of AssetBundle or Addressable systems across projects
• Lead the development of innovative features for hybrid and hyper-casual games while fostering collaboration

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of C# and Unity with 5+ years of professional experience
• 1+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
• Strong expertise in design patterns, architectural design, and team project architecture leadership
• Proven mastery of MVC, sorting algorithms, and UnityDI technologies
• Extensive experience with AssetBundle and Addressable systems in large-scale projects
• Skills in developing and optimizing custom shaders for high-quality graphics
• Showcase of game development experience in hybrid/hyper-casual genres
• B2+ English level (both written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Unity performance optimization and debugging tools at scale
• Deep understanding of WebGL export and fine-tuning compatibility across multiple platforms
