We are seeking a Lead Unity Developer to craft outstanding mobile and WebGL experiences, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and guide the advancement of interactive projects in gaming and other domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design and development of game mechanics based on design documents and technical specifications
• Ensure optimized UI components and proper integration of game assets within projects
• Guide integration and configuration processes for SDKs, including analytics and advertising tools, across diverse applications
• Develop scalable and maintainable architectures with a focus on design patterns such as MVC
• Monitor the scalability and durability of technical solutions for extended project lifecycles
• Refine and optimize game logic using advanced sorting algorithms to enhance performance
• Supervise shader implementation and expansion, including custom shader creation
• Incorporate UnityDI technologies into team workflows and ensure their effective use
• Coordinate integration and management of AssetBundle or Addressable systems across projects
• Create and implement innovative features for hybrid and hyper-casual games, fostering a collaborative development environment

Requirements

• Knowledge of C# and Unity with 5+ years of professional experience
• 1+ years of leadership experience in relevant roles
• Expertise in design patterns, architectural design, and leading team project architecture
• Qualifications in MVC, sorting algorithms, and UnityDI technologies
• Background in using AssetBundle and Addressable systems for large-scale projects
• Skills in developing and optimizing custom shaders to ensure quality graphics
• Showcase of game development in hybrid and hyper-casual genres
• B2+ English level (both written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Expertise in optimizing Unity performance and using debugging tools at a complex scale
• Familiarity with WebGL export and ensuring compatibility across diverse platforms
