Role Description

This is a full-time role (not remote) for an HSS Engineer at ZTE Ukraine. The HSS Engineer will be responsible for deployment, acceptance, baby-sitting and technical support of vHLR/HSS solutions. The vacancy is not remote, it involves office work in Ukraine, Kyiv city.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the engineering execution and technical support of core network products, including equipment commissioning, upgrade and cutover, fault resolution, network maintenance, equipment initial and final inspection, etc.;
• Provide technical training, technical guidance and technical exchange to customer engineers;
• Summarize and output the opening and maintenance experience and guidance documents;
• Provide necessary technical support to relevant pre-sales departments, including technical review, engineering survey, engineering design, etc.;
• Conduct technical exchanges with customers about products, clarify questions and answer questions to improve customer satisfaction;
• Responsible for completing other tasks as arranged;

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above in communication, computer, electronics and other related majors;
• With more than 3 years of core network engineering or maintenance experience, at least familiar with one of the main core network products of EPC, HSS and IMS, familiar with core network deployment, acceptance and maintenance procedures are preferred;
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English is preferred;
• Experience in virtualized core network is preferred;
• Responsible for work, with strong sense of responsibility and initiative, team spirit, professionalism, and obey work arrangements.
