What impact will you make?

As an Operations and Project Manager, you will: Provide direct support to the operations manager in overseeing a wide range of topics related to the A&A enablement community, leadership, and audit strategy. And, support the Head of the Audit Capture team in ensuring the effective operation of the Ddeal Rreview Bboard (DRB) and advancing pursuit trajectories to enhance our win rate.

How do you do this?

  • Assist operations manager with both tactical and operational tasks, ensuring efficient management of internal priorities.
  • Prepare, execute, and follow up on key internal topics, including conducting analyses and preparing detailed reports.
  • Contribute to the effective accomplishment of finance and operations projects, enhancing project efficiency and impact.
  • Drive the (end-to-end) integration of our Global Delivery Network (GDN) across Europe and globally.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the A&A strategy for FY27, focusing on operational excellence and fostering a high-performing environment.
  • Provide direct support to the deal review board (DRB) and lead partner, managing daily operations and regularly analyze and report monthly figures to leadership.
  • Develop communication formats and prepare updates with key data related to operations and DRB for various internal audiences. Prepare presentations for the executive board, finance meetings, and partner/director calls.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests for data, transforming information into actionable insights when needed.

Be the true you

  • HBO Bachelor or WO degree in Finance, and/or General Management and/or business administration;
  • 2 years of experience following the completion of an HBO or university degree in an operations / project Management role or a strong interest in these areas;
  • Knowledge of and experience with project-based work;
  • Skillful in the use of MS Office and especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Academic level of thinking and working;
  • Excellent ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
  • Structured and results-oriented personality.
