We’re looking for a Front-End Developer with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and a track record of delivering pixel-perfect, high-quality, responsive builds. You’ll work closely with designers, project managers, content designers and back-end developers to bring complex interfaces to life — ensuring every interaction is intuitive, performant, and beautifully crafted.

Your Key Deliverables:

Pixel-Perfect Implementation:

• Translate Figma, XD, or Sketch designs into flawless, production-ready front-end code that matches visual and interaction specifications down to the pixel.

UI/UX Excellence:

• Collaborate with design and UX teams to ensure layouts, animations, and user flows deliver the best possible experience across devices.

Responsive Development:

• Build fully responsive and accessible interfaces that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Code Quality & Standards:

• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code using modern front-end frameworks and best practices. Conduct peer reviews and champion front-end development standards.

Performance Optimisation:

• Ensure optimal performance through efficient asset management, lazy loading, and best-practice coding techniques.

Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Partner with back-end developers, project managers, and QA to deliver high-quality builds on schedule. Support and mentor junior developers where appropriate.

Testing & QA:

• Implement front-end testing and debugging processes to ensure high build stability and browser/device compatibility.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay ahead of evolving front-end technologies and advocate for new tools or processes that improve build efficiency, quality, or user experience.

What do you need for this role?

Essential:

• 5+ years’ experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of responsive, design-driven builds.
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/SCSS), and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proven experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Next.js.
• Excellent understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Demonstrated ability to produce pixel-perfect translations of UI designs.
• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, typography, layout, and interaction design.
• Experience integrating with APIs and headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, etc.).
• Strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Desirable:

• Experience with TypeScript, TailwindCSS, or styled-components.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of SEO best practices in front-end builds.
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
