Are you an ambitious Assistant Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career with a leading multidisciplinary design practice? As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking project management team, you’ll support the delivery of complex schemes from concept through to completion. You’ll gain exposure to high-profile developments, work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, and have the chance to grow your skills in a supportive and design-led environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and coordination of multiple projects across the healthcare and commercial sectors.
  • Support senior project managers in delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and contract administration.
  • Liaise with internal design teams, external consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain an understanding of design, technical, and sustainability considerations across all stages.


Successful Assistant Project Manager

  • Ideally degree-qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working on healthcare, commercial, or similar building projects within a consultancy or design environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive, detail-focused approach.
  • A genuine interest in design and the built environment.
  • Working towards, or interested in pursuing, professional accreditation (APM, RICS, or similar).
