Role Description
We’re looking for a curious and motivated Backend Developer Intern with a passion for Python and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to design, build, and optimize the backend systems powering our AI-driven geospatial intelligence platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on real data challenges and contribute to the foundations of a cutting-edge intelligence product.
Qualifications
- Strong Python skills: you can write clean, modular code and solve problems independently
- Familiarity with Git, APIs, and databases
- You’ve built something you’re proud of: personal, academic, or experimental
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn
- Enjoy working in a small, collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Bonus: Experience with Docker, cloud platforms
- Bonus: Experience with geospatial tools, data, or libraries (e.g., GeoPandas, PostGIS, QGIS, Shapely, GDAL, or similar)
