Your Role:
As a Scrum Master, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions in the healthcare domain. You will ensure that Agile methodologies are effectively applied, helping to drive projects that improve the healthcare industry and ultimately enhance patient care. If you are passionate about leading Agile teams, have a deep understanding of Scrum, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we would love to have you on board.
Your Profile:
- Higher education or attendance in computer engineering, management information technology, data science and statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field;
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification;
- Solid experience with the LESS framework;
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools, Jira and Confluence;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar;
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with other Agile frameworks;
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools;
- Previous experience in a senior or lead role within an Agile team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.);
- Foster an Agile mindset across teams, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous improvement;
- Support and mentor team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed in a fast-paced healthcare-focused environment;
- Manage and optimize workflows to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team;
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of the healthcare sector.
