As a Business Analyst in the Consumer Prevention and Protection Portfolio, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, analyse feasibility, and support delivery across Terri Scheer. You’ll contribute to projects that improve customer outcomes and align with Suncorp’s governance and risk standards.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements.
• Analyse current and future state processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create user stories and specifications that support agile/waterfall delivery and customer-focused outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate complex ideas in a clear, accessible way.
• Support onboarding of new data partners, ensuring compliance with governance and privacy standards.
• Participate in delivery rhythms including stand-ups, showcases, and planning sessions.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in project or delivery roles, ideally in financial services or insurance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server, Agile, Lean, and waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with BABOK, Lean Six Sigma, and business analysis frameworks.
• Experience with software development and using tools like JIRA and Confluence to support delivery.
• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate with clarity and purpose.
