What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to gather, validate and document business requirements.
- Analyse current and future state processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create user stories and specifications that support agile/waterfall delivery and customer-focused outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate complex ideas in a clear, accessible way.
- Support onboarding of new data partners, ensuring compliance with governance and privacy standards.
- Participate in delivery rhythms including stand-ups, showcases, and planning sessions.
- 3+ years’ experience in project or delivery roles, ideally in financial services or insurance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, Agile, Lean, and waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with BABOK, Lean Six Sigma, and business analysis frameworks.
- Experience with software development and using tools like JIRA and Confluence to support delivery.
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate with clarity and purpose.
