We are looking Project Analyst to join our Delivery team in Sydney. Reporting to Head of Delivery, the Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of assigned projects and managing the day to day aspect of project lifecycle to ensure the prescribed scope is delivered to the agreed budget, schedule and quality.
This role requires interaction with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Project management responsibilities revolve around delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
Qualifications
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum 1- 2 years’ experience in Project Coordination.
- Tertiary education in a related field.
- Familiar with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence), whiteboarding tool, such as MIRO, Lucid, Project Management tooling (MS Project, Monday) is an ideal.
- Software Development industry experiences are desirable.
- Have good collaborative working style that drives customer focus and great project engagement.
- Self-starter who think outside the box and challenge the status-quo.
- Have a growth mindset and contribute to our continuous improvement culture
- You have good written and verbal communication skills
- You have good attention to detail
- Conflict resolution skills
