• Providing Level 2 network support for a range of customers
• Troubleshooting and resolving incidents across Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto environments
• Supporting routing, switching, and firewall infrastructure
• Working closely with senior engineers on network upgrades and configurations
• Maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent technical support

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a Network Support or Network Engineer role
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies
• Exposure to Fortinet and/or Palo Alto firewalls
• Solid troubleshooting skills across LAN/WAN environments
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, NSE, or PCNSA) are highly regarded
