About Us

At Félix, we're building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S., starting with a revolution in remittances. Our core product is an AI-powered chatbot built on WhatsApp, allowing our users to send money home as easily as sending a text message. We leverage cutting-edge technology like AI, blockchain, and stablecoins to make cross-border payments faster, more affordable, and more accessible than ever before.

We are a hyper-growth Series B company, backed by over $100 million in funding from top-tier global investors, including QED, Castle Island, Switch Ventures, HTwenty, Monashees, and General Catalyst Customer Value Fund. This isn't just about the numbers; it's a testament to the trust our investors have in our vision and our team. Additionally, Félix was selected as an “Endeavour Entrepreneur” and was a recipient of the CrossTech Fintech Startups Award. We are a group of extremely talented and dedicated high-performers, united by our shared obsession with a single goal: empowering our customers. We are all owners of Félix, driven by a bias for action and a true experimentation spirit to get shit done with urgency and focus.

Joining Félix means you will be part of a team building a legacy, a company that will outlive us all. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills to a deeply meaningful mission—serving a community that has been underserved for too long. We are a team that is fiercely loyal to each other, where radical transparency and constructive feedback are how we grow and push for excellence. We are bold, we care less about what others are doing, and more about creating sustainable value and a product that truly makes our users' lives better. We are building the future, today.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused Program Manager to support our VP of Engineering, Damian Finol. This critical role sits at the heart of the technology organization and helps the VP lead effectively across engineering, data, infrastructure, and product development.

You will be Damian’s right hand — streamlining operations, driving cross-functional initiatives, aligning on strategic priorities, and enabling the tech leadership team to execute at a higher velocity. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and is eager to shape the future of fintech technology from the inside.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Act as a liaison between the VP’s office and other teams: Product, Compliance, Security, People, and Finance.
    • Help align technical initiatives with broader company objectives.
  • Communication & Reporting
    • Craft technical updates, board materials, investor communications, and team-wide announcements.
    • Own communication channels for the tech org — ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Project Leadership
    • Lead or support high-priority projects such as vendor evaluations, build vs. buy decisions, org restructuring, or talent pipeline planning.
    • Identify gaps or blockers and proactively remove them.
  • Culture & Team Health
    • Partner with People & Engineering leaders to run pulse checks and implement initiatives that improve engagement, performance, and team growth.
    • Support hiring strategy, onboarding, and organizational design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, tech strategy, or similar operations-heavy role.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and product workflows. Technical background or experience working closely with technical teams is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional project management, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple competing priorities with calm and clarity.
  • High EQ, humility, and trustworthiness — you’ll be working on sensitive initiatives and need strong judgment.
  • These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience as Chief of Staff, Technical Program Manager, Product Ops, or in Engineering Management.
  • Fintech or regulated industry exposure.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Asana, GitHub, or ClickUp/Jira.
