😎 Your Role:

This is a full-time, remote position for a Founder’s Associate. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Filipino–Austrian founder, supporting her directly across both strategic and operational initiatives.

You’ll collaborate remotely most of the time, but will also accompany her during visits to the Philippines. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from an international founder, gain first-hand exposure to global startup operations, and make a meaningful impact from day one.

Your responsibilities will span a wide range of areas — from project management, research, and strategy planning to event coordination, operations, and communications. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that projects run smoothly and that the company’s strategic goals are met.

We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments, takes initiative, and enjoys working across teams.

All travel expenses are fully covered, and you can work from anywhere. A Filipino background is required, and German language skills are a strong advantage.
