Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager in an engineering environment.
  • Experience managing teams working in DevSecOps and AWS environments.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, backlog prioritization, and user story creation.
  • Strong technical skills in monitoring, reporting, and data-driven team optimization.
  • Familiarity with telemetry tools, GitHub, JIRA, and dashboard development.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and task-tracking abilities.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and failure injection testing techniques.
  • Fluent english.
