Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years relevant experience in software development and DevOps.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong development profile (Java and/or Go, 5+ years).
- Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
- Certificates management: OAuth2, Vault.
- DevOps tooling: GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform.
- Good understanding of SDLC and CI/CD processes.
- Optional but preferred: Service Mesh, Trunk-based development, GitOps, AI/LLMs knowledge.
- Sector Knowledge: Banking/insurance knowledge is a plus.
Business Experience (Preferred)
- Experience working in large IT organizations.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
