DevOps Engineer

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years relevant experience in software development and DevOps.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong development profile (Java and/or Go, 5+ years).
• Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Certificates management: OAuth2, Vault.
• DevOps tooling: GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Helm, Terraform.
• Good understanding of SDLC and CI/CD processes.
• Optional but preferred: Service Mesh, Trunk-based development, GitOps, AI/LLMs knowledge.
• Sector Knowledge: Banking/insurance knowledge is a plus.

Business Experience (Preferred)

• Experience working in large IT organizations.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
