THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Senior Designer to join its marketing team.

YOUR ROLE

As Senior Designer, you will be a cornerstone of our hub, working closely with the Art Director and Creative Director.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Design – developing visuals based on the Art Director’s master files, including static and animated assets (e.g. banners, visuals, presentations).
  • Asset Management – ensuring our DAM platforms are always up to date, organized, and easy to navigate; you will be the main guardian of our creative assets.
  • Presentation Crafting – preparing engaging slide decks and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration & Training – supporting and guiding an external network of designers through clear briefs, feedback, and training sessions.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a Senior Designer with both strong creative skills and the right mindset to thrive in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate brings:

  • Languages – Fluency in English and French is essential, as our work spans multiple regions and teams. Clear bilingual communication ensures that creative ideas, briefs, and guidelines are shared and understood seamlessly.
  • Tools & Skills – Familiarity with creative and organizational platforms such as Bannerflow, Frontify, DAM systems, and presentation tools is a strong asset. Just as important is a willingness to learn and adapt: our hub evolves constantly, and we value curiosity, adaptability, and the drive to pick up new tools and techniques along the way.
  • Creative Rigor – A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work that aligns with brand guidelines while pushing creativity forward.
  • Organization & Communication – Strong project management skills, the ability to structure workflows, and clear communication with both internal and external design teams.
  • Collaboration – A team-oriented spirit, ready to support directors and guide external designers with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
