Position Overview:

• Resource Coordination: Ensure adequate staffing for each epic, collaborating with team leaders across IT and business functions.
• Deliverable Oversight: Supervise and validate project artefacts and outputs to meet quality standards.
• Project Execution: Manage scope, timeline, budget, and quality; address deviations proactively.
• Risk & Change Management: Monitor and respond to risks and issues in collaboration with sponsors and epic owners.
• Governance & Reporting: Uphold client methodology and governance standards; report progress and decisions to various stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Project Management Expertise: Strong experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Prince2Agile certification is an asset.
• Security Awareness: Understanding of information security principles and practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders across technical and business domains.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication with teams, sponsors, and governance bodies.
• Financial Knowledge: A basic understanding of banking principles related to cash, funds, and collateral is an asset.
• Stress Resilience & Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure are essential.
