This is a full-time, on-site role in Tallinn for a Senior Analyst / Controller. The role involves conducting detailed financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making. The individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Advanced financial analysis and financial reporting skills
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
