We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Swedish HR team.
In this role you’ll be able to gain hands-on experience across the entire employee life cycle. You’ll handle administrative tasks, respond to employee queries, and develop your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
This opportunity is for a fixed-term contract as a maternity leave replacement.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Ensure execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
- Assist with HR-related documentation and data entry.
- Answer employee and manager questions about HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support payroll and benefits administration tasks.
- Prepare reports and documents for internal use or external authorities.
- Previous experience in an HR-related role.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
