The opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Swedish HR team.

In this role you’ll be able to gain hands-on experience across the entire employee life cycle. You’ll handle administrative tasks, respond to employee queries, and develop your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This opportunity is for a fixed-term contract as a maternity leave replacement.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Ensure execution and delivery of assigned HR Services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).
  • Assist with HR-related documentation and data entry.
  • Answer employee and manager questions about HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration tasks.
  • Prepare reports and documents for internal use or external authorities.

Your Background

  • Previous experience in an HR-related role.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
