As part of the Digital & Omnichannel team, reporting to the Senior Global Business Performance Manager, you will analyze the performance of the global e-Commerce business across all zones. You will have two main areas of responsibility:
Firstly, you will be responsible for forecasting, monitoring and analyzing our sales performance across all different regions and categories, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize our operations.
Secondly, you will analyse and monitor the user funnel on Dior.com to explain performance at specific touchpoints and share opportunities with impacted teams to enhance the overall performance and customer experience.
You will also work closely with the finance, supply chain, product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and coordination of our activities.
Job Responsibilities
Business Monitoring
- Work on the weekly business performance reviews bringing critical and actionable business insights for the zones and central stakeholders (risks/opportunities), using various data points (quantitative & qualitative) in order to drive optimizations. Translate data into actionable insights.
- Suggest actions and growth opportunities on the full funnel on a global and market perspective, based on the gaps observed or anticipated compared to the budget and the targets.
- Understand the performance of different client segments over specific time periods or collections, in order to collaborate with different teams (e.g. Client Services, product, CRM) to drive targeted actions and personalized campaigns based on these insights.
Business Planning
- Work on building up and consolidating the E-commerce revenue forecasts for all zones at universe and category levels, to align on the commercial ambition of each zone, involving e-Merchandising, finance and supply chain teams.
- Derive the E-commerce yearly and monthly sales plan into Performance KPIs (e.g. demand revenue, traffic, conversion rate, etc.), setting up relevant targets and benchmarks for each zone.
- Develop the construction of seasonal sales objectives prior to each showroom, in the context of the Open-To-Buy process, by coordinating the central and local teams and ensuring deadlines are met.
Website analytics
- Analyse the user funnel on Dior.com and its influence on performance drivers using tools such as Google Analytics and Contentsquare and share actionable insights with collaborating teams
- Monitor core KPIs along eCommerce end-to-end value chain to identify friction points and provide meaningful insights to digital product teams to shape the product roadmap. Actionable insights include product discovery, cart behaviour, and checkout performance to support UX improvements, increase conversion rates, and enhance overall e-commerce effectiveness. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams with a data-driven mindset.
Profile
You ideally have at least 5 years of experience in E-commerce, notably in Digital Performance or Business Planning, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.
You have a strong analytical and data-driven mindset, and excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, etc.).
You have a proven record of excellent understanding of the E-commerce and Omni-Retail ecosystems and the key drivers of sales and conversion.
You have a high attention to detail, sense of business acumen and customer orientation, and you are able to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations quickly.
You have a proven record of high autonomy working with multiple stakeholders and equally high proactivity to execute actions when necessary.
You have the ability to moderate and steer large meetings and presentations to management with clear agenda and outcomes in mind.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills, and you are able to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
You are fluent in English.
