We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (f/m/d) to join our team in Dahlewitz (near Berlin), who is passionate about building robust, scalable, and innovative digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements, drive digital transformation, and develop end-to-end web applications that enhance data integration, quality, and productivity.

You'll contribute across the entire software development lifecycle - from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance - using modern frontend and backend technologies within an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks and best practices.
  • Build and integrate backend services and APIs, handling complex data flows and business logic.
  • Drive development through the full software lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ensure high code quality with unit testing, proper documentation, and continuous integration practices.
  • Optimize and manage data interactions across SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Contribute to a collaborative Agile team environment, participating in sprints and daily stand-ups.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience as a Full stack Developer with hands-on involvement in requirement gathering, development, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Frontend Skills: JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS / SCSS, Angular 10+, Material Design / Bootstrap, REST APIs, WebSockets, MVC / MVVM architectures, Unit Testing frameworks, etc.
  • Backend Skills: Python (Django or Flask), REST API development, WebSockets, Messaging Queues (e.g., RabbitMQ), ETL tools and scripting, etc.
  • Database Experience: SQL (MySQL), MariaDB, OracleDB, SQLite, NoSQL: ElasticSearch, Redis, etc.
  • Tools & Platforms: Git, GitLab / Bitbucket, Windows & Linux environments, familiarity with code editors, wireframing/mockup tools, REST API testing tools, etc.
